Position Summary

We are looking for a new administrator to join our team, who would enjoy a varied role, assisting the Practice Manager in delivering an office that runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrator, completing varied tasks.  Experience working in the finance industry is desirable alongside marketing duties, such as WordPress and social media. The successful candidate needs to be professional, well-presented, self-directed and reliable.

Job Description

Premises

  • Preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Distributing incoming posts and franking outgoing post
  • Purchasing and replenishment of stationery, kitchen supplies and toiletries
  • Management of Data Shredding
  • Organising repairs and overseeing the management of office services
  • Ensuring the premises are presentable and daily housekeeping tasks are completed

Finance

  • Processing invoices and credit card statements
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Assisting with income reconciliation

Client Experience

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Diary management and general admin tasks
  • Management of birthday cards, gifts for clients and staff

Marketing

  • Management of client and professional connection communication and events
  • Event management
  • Preparation for seminars
  • Management of charity relationships
  • Upload blog material to the website and social media platforms
  • Sponsorship & advertising
  • Social media pages

Other

  • Organisation of staff events
  • Comply with compliance and T&C procedures
  • Any other tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of all client-related processes
  • Any other tasks reasonably requested by your employer
