Nikki has spent her career in administrative and client-facing roles, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. After many years working as a School Secretary, she moved into the travel industry, where she further developed her organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
As an Administrator at Herbert Scott, Nikki enjoys supporting both clients and the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is passionate about providing a friendly and professional service and is excited to continue developing her knowledge within the financial planning profession.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her partner, Max, as well as family and friends. She loves cooking, reading, and caring for her elderly cat. When she wants to unwind, she enjoys colouring and other creative pastimes.
