Hannah began her career in financial services after graduating from Brighton University in 2010, joining a graduate scheme to train as a Financial Adviser. During this time, she gained both her Certificate and Diploma in Financial Services.
She joined Herbert Scott in November 2013 as a Paraplanner, where she particularly enjoyed delivering bespoke client advice supported by detailed cashflow modelling. In 2017, Hannah was thrilled to progress into the role of Practice Manager, allowing her to develop her leadership skills and broaden her experience across the business. In this role, she has focused on strengthening the firm’s compliance framework, HR function, and facilities management.
In 2025, Hannah was delighted to be appointed as Compliance Director — a role she is genuinely excited about. She looks forward to embracing this new responsibility and helping to shape and uphold the firm’s high standards across all areas of regulatory and operational compliance.
Outside of work, Hannah pursues her lifelong passion for ballet. She also loves active holidays—wakeboarding in the summer and skiing in the winter.
