At Herbert Scott, we’re proud of the way our firm has grown – not just in numbers, but in the strength and depth of the people who are part of our team. To continue delivering the clarity, independence and trust our clients value, we’ve refreshed our leadership structure to reflect both where we are now and where we’re heading.
A new chapter under Tracey Payne’s leadership
We’re delighted to share that Tracey Payne has been appointed Managing Director. Tracey has been at the heart of Herbert Scott since January 2013, so nearly 13 years, shaping our investment philosophy and ensuring that our advice remains clear and client focussed. Stepping into this role, Tracey will continue to lead with the same commitment and dedication to our clients and team.
Welcoming new leadership roles
Alongside Tracey, we’ve created new leadership roles to strengthen the way we operate and communicate:
- Hannah Bibby joins the leadership team as Compliance Director, making sure that our high standards of integrity and professionalism are maintained in everything we do.
- Stacey Chamberlain takes on responsibility for Sales & Marketing, helping us to share our story more widely and to connect with people who can benefit from the services we offer.
They join our existing leaders:
- Jennie Snooks, Operations Director, ensuring our systems and processes always support an excellent client experience.
- Ben Nolan, Head of Financial Planning, who continues to play a central role in leading our financial planning advice and strategy.
Why this matters for our clients
Speaking about the changes, Tracey said:
“This new structure marks an important chapter for Herbert Scott. Our business has always been about people first – clients, team, partners – and by bringing Hannah and Stacey into leadership roles alongside Jennie and Ben, we’re combining fresh energy and deeper capability. We believe this will help us deliver a stronger, more consistent service and continue to grow in a way that stays true to our values of clarity, integrity and excellence.”
Looking ahead
Financial planning is about building confidence in the future – and that applies to us as much as it does to our clients. With a leadership team that blends experience, new energy and a shared set of values, we’re well placed to keep supporting our clients in making clear, confident financial decisions for years to come.
