At Herbert Scott, the festive spirit arrived early this year with two wonderful events that brought our community together.
On 27th November, we hosted a delightful wreath-making workshop at our offices, led by the talented Clare from Riverside Flowers. The workshop welcomed 16 enthusiastic participants, who each created stunning wreaths to adorn their homes. Clare’s guidance and expertise helped everyone craft beautiful and unique designs, with festive foliage, ribbons, and ornaments bringing the holiday magic to life. It was a lovely opportunity to embrace creativity, share laughter, and celebrate the season in good company.
The festive cheer continued on 5th December when we opened our doors for Lewes Late Night Shopping. Our offices became a warm and welcoming hub for visitors enjoying the evening’s festivities. As part of the event, we ran a charity raffle in support of Chestnut Tree House, a hospice providing care for children and families in Sussex. We were thrilled to raise over £80 for this incredible cause, thanks to the generosity of our community.
Our team of financial planners were also on hand throughout the evening, ready to answer any questions from visitors. Whether discussing financial goals for the new year or simply sharing a cup of mulled wine, it was a pleasure to connect with so many people from our local area.
