As a firm, Herbert Scott have always been proud to support the ongoing professional development of its staff.
Even with the crazy year we have all had, various members of our team have still been sitting, and passing, their professional exams!
Our newest client administrator, Susana Duarte, is now one exam away from achieving her Certificate in Regulated Financial Services Operations. Whilst one of our longest standing team members, Jodie Norman, has nearly achieved her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Both of which, are highly regarded financial planning qualifications within our industry.
We would just like to take a moment to congratulate them both on continuing their studies and accomplishing the professional goals they have set out for themselves.
Prior to sitting their professional exams, both Jodie and Susana started out at Herbert Scott as apprentices. Under the National Apprenticeship Service, they completed their respective Business Administration Apprenticeships. Jodie was the first ever apprentice that Herbert Scott hired in 2013, with Susana being the most recent in 2019. To see how far they have both come is amazing!
